I hope you had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend! Mine was so much fun and felt super long 🙌🏻 Getting back into the swing of things can be hard so I am sharing 3 things that help keep me moving and stay motivated during the week.
1 /// Reusable water bottle. K, I feel like this might sound stupid but I swear to you…drinking out of a reusable water bottle (with a straw) makes drinking water SO much easier. I don’t know why, but it does! I try to fill mine up every hour or every other hour. Keeps me hydrated and helps every levels.
2 /// Waist Trimmer. I’ve been wearing a waist trimmer when I workout for a while now and can’t workout with one anymore. It helps lose inches off of your belly and makes you sweat a ton! I have this one from Wal-Mart, literally $5.
3 /// New Sneakers. A new pair of sneakers always helps motivate me to work out. I got these for my birthday and absolutely love them! So excited when I saw them 40% off at Nordstrom! They are so comfy and super cute with a casual outfit too.
