Hope you’re having a good Tuesday, sweet friends! So sorry I haven’t been posting much on the blog lately…the beginning of this year has been a little bit chaotic with the move back to Las Vegas + all the family, work, wedding planning and trying to find a house! It’s been an adjustment period which always comes with new + exciting things happening in life. I have to contently remind myself to be still in these special moments when life feels to be rushing by, I am sure you guys can relate! I find myself wearing my gym clothes longer than expected (aka all day) lately! I always have a cute jacket and usually a scarf in my car so I can just throw those on when I am going straight from the gym to street and feel much more put together.
Our wedding is literally right around the corner, not exactly sure how it crept up on us so fast! So, it’s crunch time to get wedding bod ready 🙈 I started Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide allll over again yesterday. If you’ve been following me for a while now you know what a huge fan I am of her workout guides. If you’re not familiar with her guide it’s a 28 minute daily resistance session that you can do pretty much anywhere with minimal equipment! I did this program from a solid 14 weeks about 1.5 years ago and I was in the best space on my life. If you girls are in search of a program that doesn’t demand a ton of time but truly works, this is definitely the one! I would love for you to start week 1 with me! I usually eat pretty healthy but I gave up pizza, french fries and wine is reserved for the weekends only. Wish my luck on the wine part haha.
