I know its been forever since my last fitness post but I am going to be sharing little bit more health related content around here which I am super excited about! To be 100% honest with you, I haven’t been as on top of my workout game as I have been in the past (hence the lack of fitness posts 😁). I am definitely a creature of habit when it comes to my morning routine. When I was living in Chicago I was in the gym by 9am six days a week, came home cooked breakfast, got ready then I was ready to start my day. Everyday! So its safe to say when we were in Vegas for two month in between moves my schedule got super messed up and I was like AHHH OMG what do I do?!!!! I couldn’t figure out how to motivate myself to work the gym around my day not my day around the gym! I think it really important to know you’re going to get a sweat in everyday but to understand that life happens and to learn how to be flexible with your routine. Anyways, I am happy to say I’ve finally figured it out and my butt is back in the gym everyday (at whatever time works!) I am currently finishing up week 1 with my favorite work routine ever KAYLA ITSINES! If you still don’t know about her workouts check her out here. I usually post a picture of the workout for that day on my snapchat (@daniellecwittig) if you ever want to do it with me! I’ll keep you posted with more fitness stuff so stay tuned for that 😄
